Raw Enchiladas

The “meat” was actually really really good with a little bit more spice it would have been the perfect vegan Mexican enchilada

Very enjoyable meal with wonderful sauces. The enchilada sauce had a nice bit of tang and the cilantro lime sauce wasn’t overpowering with lime. The dish had an overall nutty sweet taste. I would happily get this again.
