Ravioli

Buonissimi e delicati, non appesantiscono ed i sapori sono molto ben bilanciati. Porzione ok.

These ravioli are filled with eggplant and mint and served with cherry tomatoes and chopped pistachios (on the side watermelon with red onion). Great dish, also because is not easy the find vegan pasta in a city like Bologna
