ratatouille pasta

tomato, mushroom, peppers served with penne pasta. accidental vegan option on their menu. nourishing but a bit bland. pasta was slightly overcooked but nice to have a vegan option thats not a burger. could use some olives, nutritional yeast, spinach, chilli etc. for more flavour
