Spicy Pork Katsu Garlic Ramen

This is the best ramen I've ever had in my life~ it tasted even better the next day after I heated it up! They give you so much and I was pretty full from #vkindexperience so I had an amazing breakfast this morning. The vegan pork and the mushrooms are so flavorful and yummy...very meaty and savory! Perfect amount of flavor and spice.

I was at the Grand Central Market in DTLA and this was the only vegan place there (to my knowledge). I ordered the Spicy Katsu OmniPork Ramen. As it was my first time I didn’t know I had to add the “egg” which I was curious to try, so I didn’t get it. The first pic is of my neighbors bowl who knew to order it 😂 I wish the staff had been more attentive and explained but they were quite nonchalant. The ramen itself was ok. The omnipork was very salty which is guess is to replicate the original. But again, which I had the full experience with the vegan egg. The customer experience could definitely be improved. They don’t make you feel very welcomed.

Super spicy and delicious 🌶 I was blown away by the pork, it was really incredible. The bok choy was so good next time I would order extra. Really recommend this place for delicious vegan food in Grand Central Market.
