These rainbow rolls were light and flavorful! They gave me an extra one which was super nice of them! They were filled with rice noodles, julienned beets, cucumber, carrots, red cabbage, lettuce and corn. I would of liked avocado but that was extra charge. Maybe next time. Peanut dipping sauce was amazing! This is definitely one of our new fav vegan places to eat at! Just wish it was closer to home. 🍱 🚙 😋🥰
