Unfortunately even this other croissant that we tried at Racines wasn’t particularly satisfying. Again, the
problem lied specifically in the dough which had a very stiff texture. I also wasn’t a fan of the chocolate filling.
The place is very small, I’d assume most people come here to get something to go, but there is enough room inside to sit down and eat for at least 6-8 people. Everyone is super nice and I am so sorry I didn’t like anything that we ordered, hopefully I will come back and find something that I like more. Every pastry displayed seemed delicious.
This croissant was priced around 4 chf.
