This is world class & 6 stars 💖 We saw someone eating this as we

walked towards the restaurant. We kept staring at it as we entered the restaurant. We could not take our eyes off it even as we sat next to the diners. It looks so delicious! Even the friendly staff were laughing at us. They said it is a signature dish & gave a thumbs up when we asked what dish that was. We continued to take polite side glances at our neighbouring diners until ours came. We gasp in delight and I clapped silently. It has been a while since something so incredible caught our attention. The aroma, sight and taste is so perfect! What a feast it is! Soft soy vegan cod fish with generous vegetables (egg plant, ladies fingers, long beans, tomatoes) all swimming in a glorious sambal chillie sauce. It is not too spicy, savoury, sweet, sour and so fragrant. Even the vegan fish stuck to the plate tasted like collagen. The dish remained hot as it had a tea light below. Really looks gourmet. We scooped up every bit on the plate. We were laughing with the staff that if we had bread, the plate would be so clean, they dont need to wash it! The chief chef was hanging out behind the counter and he was beaming with pride. Great job chef in creating this wonderful dish!

Trying to churn out something auspiciously red for lunar new year 2024. Yeah, this was

takeout but I can assure you, it tastes way better than it (plasticky) looks

I like the consistency of the sauce, a but thick.
It was just a tad too sweet and not so sourish assam like. Wld hv preferred it slightly more sour n spicy. But i enjoyed this dish nonetheless. ✌🏼
