Quinoa Salad

The taste was excellent! Good flavor from the balsamic vinegar. The amount of chickpeas and quinoa was enough to get full. Great option to have protein in a country where vegan options, especially plant based proteins, are limited. Downside was only the size of lettuce, which was difficult to fit in the mouth.
