Quinoa salad

Very nice place in Kardamena, Kos. Kind and young owners and totally plant based manu, deliciuos cocktails, everything is very carefully prepared. This salad is with spinach, rocket, almonds, carrots, Green Apple and a very delicate mango sauce!😋💚
