Quinoa PB Cooky

I selected an existing dish/product from this amazing restaurant out of the list proposed by #abillion although it's Cookie instead of Cooky of course, and I am not exactly sure the Cookie I tried was a #Quinoa #Peanut Butter #Cookie.🤔 One thing for sure it was #peanutbutter . It had a generous size and was thick, firm, moderately crunchy with a sandy bite. It was sweet but not too sweet. Quite filling. It had #sesame seeds in its texture, adding to the crunch. At 3,80 €, not cheap, but good quality. The staff in this all-vegan restaurant is always positive, smiling, outgoing and motivated. Sa tantissimo da burro di arachidi e il sale. Mi è piaciuto molto, la quinoa serve solo per scena ovviamente :)
