Quinoa-Cauliflower Bowl

That was literally one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. It was well spiced, fresh and I was amazed by the vegan whipped feta as it tasted just like the dairy original. Unfortunately it was a seasonal dish, but they have over delicious sounding choices!
