Quinoa burger on a pretzel bun

Really tasty sauces and the reasonably sweet pretzel bun add to the flavors. Likely a bit too high on sugar content to be deemed healthy in spite of being vegan.

Definitely a splurge at local foods, but totally worth it for their quinoa burger on a pretzel bun. They have a special sauce they make in house that just sets this dish on fire. Absolutely my favorite dish from local foods.
