A delicious cold plate, very tasty and healthy too.
I have mixed feelings about this. Courgettes are raw not cooked so it’s very crunchy,
and the pesto/courgette ratio was a bit off (for me) too much pesto for the amount of courgette. But it was a refreshing dish. Probably won’t order again but didn’t mind having it.

I was really excited to try this but it let me down a little. Really
nice idea and I guess the flavours were there but I don’t think it works particularly well as a cold dish. Might just not be for me, but pls go to Purezza for great pizza and desserts❣️ #huntsabs
My non vegan friend loved this one, you can taste fresh vegetables. But one catch
(it’s served cold hahah)
Unfortunately I didn’t really liked this :( I love courgettes in general but found this
was quite bland, and cold - it was raw with some pesto , but it was quite watery :/ only high light was the sundried tomatoes!
But this is just me!
