This vegan gluten free lasagna is packed with so much flavor. They have so many
amazing mushrooms inside which makes it such an incredible dish. A MUST TRY! And it’s an all vegan Italian place in West Hollywood!

I had one of their lasagnas on their specials menu so I don’t remember the
name but it has impossible crumbles and like 3-4 different kinds of cheeses, looks small but is SO filling and delicious!
Cashew ricotta, baby spinach, crimini mushrooms, cashew mozzarella, marinara. Obviously a signature dish here. I’m
usually bored by lasagna but this is very good. The marinara was delicious.

This traditional lasagna is exactly what a lasagna should look and taste like...bursting with flavor
yet light on the stomach and the presentation is beautiful. Highly recommend this dish!
My husband ordered this dish, and he liked it very much! The tomato tasted very
strong, so one bite was enough for me😂
Pura Vita is an expensive restaurant but their dishes are fabulous. You will love this.
