This looked spectacular but was actually quite mild 😐 The #coconutmilk broth could have used more spice and fire (rather than just a few angry curry leaves waiting to surprise you 😏(, while the #pumpkin was, though baked, still insufficiently tender or juicy, perhaps the breed is a tough one 🤨
