PUMFU is a great tofu alternative. It is VERY tasty! The flavor is better than tofu, and the texture is spot on. I’m so impressed!! Only two ingredients: pumpkin seeds and filtered water. PUMFU is rich in protein with 17g per serving. It has a mild, nutty flavor with a texture like extra-firm tofu. PUMFU is my go-to plant-based protein. 💚
