Pulled pork goes happy

El brioche estaba super rico, normalmente no encuentro brioche de este estilo. Estaba relleno con pulled mushrooms, salsa barbacoa, coleslaw, cebolla encurtida, veganesa y cilantro. Servido con patatas al horno y veganesa de kimchi.

The dish was good overall. The bread is fresh and the jackfruit is great, it is well marinated and very tender. The potatoes were good too. My partner had the Focaccia al Proscuitto and would definitely recommend the Focaccia even though the Pulled „Pork“ was good.

I loved this sandwich, it was so rich in flavour! I imagined the pulled pork with a bit more texture, but the taste was delicious. The side potatoes and thier sauce were not my fav thing, but overall is a great dish.

Carnita vegana, salsa barbacoa, veganesa, coleslaw, cebolla adobada y cilantro. Acompañado de patatas al horno y veganesa. Muyyy bueno!
