The flourless pancakes has an interesting texture, definitely a bit chewier and drier than regular

pancakes but still delicious nonetheless.
Definitely don’t need maple syrup here - it came with a generous amount of house-made peanut butter and 70% chocolate sauce 🤩🤩 #pancakes

An oat pancake topped with fruits and coconut shavings. The home made jam and peanut

butter shared on the side are delicious. A very healthy and tasty dish. Portion size is huge, perfect for brunch. #worththecalories

I was honestly expecting WAYYY more from this...firstly the portion was really small and it

didn’t even look like pancakes LOL and secondly, the pancakes had 0 flavor...the chocolate sauce was also super bitter 😞 overall, V disappointing.. giving 3 stars for this dish is GENEROUS.

Yummy! I don't think I've had a flourless pancake before so the appearance and taste

was surprising to me (again, in a good way). I really liked the sauces and the fruits.

PB&J With Flourless Banana & Oat-Pancakes:
Fresh bananas, granola, raspberry preserve, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds,

pumpkin seeds, pecans, desiccated coconut, with 70% chocolate sauce & homemade peanut butter served on the side.

The pancake taste damn 'gao' (thick) with the texture of oatmeal. Banana is an excellent egg substitute in holding the pancake together. When I sink my spoon into the pancake, it cuts through like well made chocolate cake (we'll come to that soon 😉) - that's how thick it is!

The homemade peanut butter and the chocolate sauce are simply amazing with the pancake. Rich, sweet bitterness + nutty, creamy + savoury = yum

GF pancakes topped with fruits and nuts and delicious in-house peanut butter and jam and

hazelnut sauce. It is already vegan and gluten free.

This was quite a delight. Tasty, and it really fills you up as well.
Privé

is not fully vegan, but they have an extensive vegan-friendly menu. It’s good that they’re taking steps to normalise veganism in Singapore, rather than have a marginalised menu or veganise meals for their customers. This is one place to consider especially if you have carnist family and friends who need their fix of meat/cruelty. I’d plan ahead to allow room for their vegan desserts.

This dish is like having a delicious chocolate pancake for breakfast, but healthy! The balance

between the fresh fruits, oat pancakes and chocolate sauce is perfect. It might be my new favourite breakfast, yum!
