I enjoyed the taste of this dish but it really isn’t a ‘pancake’. If anything it’s more of a flapjack. This dish was really filling and also very rich. I didn’t manage to finish it due to the richness but it was an enjoyable meal.
This was quite a delight. Tasty, and it really fills you up as well. Privé is not fully vegan, but they have an extensive vegan-friendly menu. It’s good that they’re taking steps to normalise veganism in Singapore, rather than have a marginalised menu or veganise meals for their customers. This is one place to consider especially if you have carnist family and friends who need their fix of meat/cruelty. I’d plan ahead to allow room for their vegan desserts.
It was a very interesting and beautiful dish, but I wouldn’t call them pancakes. Tasted more like a whole grain toast. Loved the toppings!
Loved the generous amount of fruit toppings and light texture of the pancakes. It is served with delicious 70% chocolate sauce and housemade peanut butter (so heavenly!).
