This dish consists of crispy tofu, steamed veggies (broccoli, bok choy, and cabbage), covered in a peanut sauce. I was wishing it had a little spice to it, but then I realized I could ask for hot sauce! This was a healthy portion that I couldn’t finish (usually not a problem for me!). It was, of course, very rich, so not sure I’d order again, but it was tasty.
