Nothing like a warm bowl of pozole verde on a cold winter day! It has been a crazy few weeks for us and with 2 of us under the weather, picking up some delicious vegan pozole from Momcorn was the way to go!
Filled with corn hominy, poblano peppers in a delicious verde sauce broth and toppings included on the side of red cabbage, diced onions, lime wedges, extra salsa verde and homemade tortilla chips (that I enjoyed in my coconut bowl)! Couldn’t ask for a better comfort food! Will be back for more!
Staff super nice and friendly, they almost forgot to charge me !! Noticed they changed the interior and am truly loving it! As their motto says
