Potato Pizza

I was hesitant at first to try the potato pizza because I thought it was going to be super heavy and not flavorful.... I was wrong!! The pizza was super light but still had a dense chewy crust and the potato slices were creamy and delicious. I am still dreaming about the potato pizza...

Wow the pizza cream was incredible. I love that this is not super heavy, the crust is light and Airy and the potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft in the inside!! Very much recommended :)
