The coconut bacun bits were delish. Do not skip the sour cream. Potatoes and black
beans with salsa and guac were amazing. And the tofu eggs were outstanding. I would highly recommend!
Tofu egg on a bed of lettuce, beans, tomato salsa, coconut bacon, rosemary potatoes, sour
cream and daiya cheese. This was really good and had great flavor. I love Portia's tofu egg. My only complaint is that it wish I had more!
