Portabello Mushroom Burger with Cheese

This is the best, most delicious takeaway I've had for ages. Oh my gosh, battered portabello mushrooms with cheese in the middle, topped with sauce and crunchy onions in a bun. 100% vegan and 10000000% delicious. I can't wait to have this again. The photo doesn't do it justice, I'm not a great photo taker.
