chick’n fried seitan, country gravy, waffles, whipped butter, maple syrup... So GOOD! crispy chickn, gravy was nice and thick, fluffy waffle. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is a must when visiting seattle for vegans. They have the best food! Also tried the cheesy potato pancakes which were basically mashed potatoes but fried on both sides!
