Ploughman’s Sandwich

An open style sandwich on toasted farm load bread with Fairview Cheddar, apple chutney, marinated baby marrow and green leaves. The cheddar was ok, didn’t knock my socks off but I am yet to find an amazing vegan cheddar. But it worked well with the other ingredients creating a lovely flavour combination.
