I wasn’t super keen on the dressing, but that’s on me. I’m just not big on truffles and prefer to avoid them on the rare occasion that i even encounter them, given i don’t fully understand the process of truffle-hunting. Regardless, If you like your potatoes and mushrooms this is one to consider.
