The Bianca pizza was delicious and had a unique taste, much different than traditional pizza. Queso dip was beautifully presented and the black beans were cooked to perfection. I was excited about the Planta burger but unfortunately it did not live to my expectations, perhaps because I got the fried mozz melt on top, there were just too many flavours and textures going on for my personal preference. Loved the fries, they tasted like barbecue chips! Fried mushrooms were also great, but I think they are more comparable to calamari or fried seafood than chicken.
