Masterchef Singapore Judge Bjorn Shen has curated a special menu over the food court for the organization. Overall it was prepared well, the dishes tasted quite well. The faloodeh felt like it was missing something like probably a splash of oatmilk and itd be complete. Really glad to see vegan option being provided as a special menu this week. Irony is that the stall also put out a "nonveg" set and just add a m*at on top of these ingredients. Really hope plant based accessibility becomes sustainable. The lemongrass rice blended well with the dishes added as stated below: Bali-Ghanoush – Curried Eggplant Babaghanoush with Pomegranate and Cassava Chips Bali Tabouli – Middle Eastern Tabouli meets Balinese Lawar with Green Papaya, Snake Beans, Coconut and Kaffir Lime Tahini Matah Sprouts – Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Coconut Tahini, Pomegranate Molasses & Balinese Sambal Matah Kavurma Ikan Pepes – Halibut baked in Banana Leaf with Turkish-style Kavurma Spices Harissa Tahu Bodo – Smashed Tofu and Tempeh in Green Chilli Herb Harissa Nasi Kebuli – Arab-Indonesian Basmati Rice Pilaf Faloodeh Timun – Iranian Falooda meets Es Timun with Shredded Cucumber, Chia Seeds & Lime
