Simply delicious tortilla wrap filled wth beans, sweet potato mash & cooked salsa smothered in

a tomato sauce . Served with guacamole, tomato salsa and cashew sour cream! Divine and a must try!

The Plant experience was exceptional ! The enchilada exceeded all expectations and they were

able to cater for my high cholesterol (no coconut oil or milk).
