Cauliflower scramble, spinach, vegan bacon, & onions on a croissant served with a cashew cream dressing.
Super filling and packed with flavour. Croissants are flakey and buttery, some of the best I’ve tasted.
Flakey, buttery croissant filled with cauli scramble and seitan bacon with a cashew cream. Excellent!
A light and flakey croissant with a cauli tofu scramble, seitan bacon and a cashew cream sauce.
The croissant was soft, the scrambled cauli texture was just like scrambled eggs and the tempeh bacon was the cherry on top!
