Plant-based Onion Rings

Onion rings. Nothing wrong with them, but nothing exciting.

I'm intrigued by the name - can you get non-plant-based onions?! 🤷‍♂️ these were not as crunchy as I was hoping for and bizarrely they seemed to contain mashed onion inside as opposed to an actual ring of onion. They were still quite tasty though... (As an aside, for any onion ring fans, Goose Island do some great frozen beer battered onion rings which cook up very well in the oven!)
