
Pizzeria Carbone is the BEST place to eat an Italian pizza in the South of #tenerife... Since my favourite #pizza I used to eat all the time was "'O Sarracino", a white pizza with ricotta, aubergines and cherry tomatoes I had to change my plans and I don't regret it! This is the beautiful "Soul", with #Pumpkincream, #blackolives, #porcini mushrooms and #chard, on a veganized version without mozzarella. I appreciate the variety of ingredients and proposal they offer but they should add to the list proper #veganpizza to tempt more people from our community.
Crema di zucchine, porcini e pachino. La amo! Adoro che ogni loro crema è senza latticini.
Pesto, patate, pomodori secchi e funghi. Impasto leggerissimo e perfetto!
Tipico impasto napoletano, alto e soffice, con una farcitura ricca e varia: tantissime verdure fresche e di qualità. Ottima pizza!
