Pizza Twist in Winchester VA has many vegan options like vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, vegan chicken as toppings, vegan cheese breadsticks, vegan indian appetizers and salads. You create your own pizza, we got a large (good size for 2 people) vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, black olives, mushroom and pineapple one for around $30. It was delicious! I'm definitely going to go regularly! Btw, the vegan pepperoni and the vegan cheese were yummy!!!
