The Capricciosa pizza has sautéed portabellas, artichokes, vegan prosciutto & sausage, capers, vegan mozzarella, and
basil. Pizza Nea uses meat and cheese substitutes from The Herbivorous Butcher so the flavors and textures are great. For me, the balance of toppings is perfect. It’s a little pricey with the vegan substitutes but worth it.
