The cheese substitute they use is great and the tomatoes were very flavorful.
Toasted bread topped with vegan mozzarella, diced tomatoes, oregano, black pepper and extra virgin olive
oil. I ordered from Bite Squad and by the time it arrived the plastic container had a lot of condensation so the bread was not that crisp. The flavor was really good though and I would definitely order it in the restaurant.
