Erano 10 anni che non mangiavo un calzone! Per caso ieri sera ci è venuto
in mente che dietro alla stazione c'è questa piccola pizzeria d'asporto che ha anche un menù vegano e siccome eravamo in zona siamo andati a mangiare li. Il calzone era davvero ben farcito, il seitan erano più che altro wurstel vegetali. Molto goloso. Unica cosa, loro usano besciamella vegetale al posto del formaggio, per cui il ripieno risultava un po' liquido.
I hadn't eaten a calzone for 10 years! By chance last night we remembered that behind the station there is this small take-away pizzeria that also has a vegan menu and since we were in the area we went to eat there. The calzone was really well stuffed, the seitan was mostly vegetable frankfurters. Very greedy. Only thing, they use vegetable béchamel instead of cheese, so the filling was a little liquid.
