The dough for Vegazzi's pizzas is excellent, and probably some of the best pizza dough I have had. It is thick on the outside, and very thin on the inside with the toppings. I prefer a little bit more distribution of ingredients, but that is definitely a personal preference. Pizzas are a little on the pricier side here, but you get a good amount of food per pizza. This pizza is delightfully unique by adding in two types of fruit to add sweetness and tang- grapes and Granny Smith apples. The white wine with caramelized onion sauce was tasty and sweet. My only critique of this pizza is that it would benefit from something salty to balance out all of the sweet ingredients.
