The last time we ate at @pintxocotillo, Chef Nicola promised to have a vegan dessert

prepared for our next visit. We reserved our table a few days in advance and at the end of the meal he delivered!!

And what a sweet surprise it was, a decadent dark chocolate cake/brownie with a perfectly balanced creamy frosting, garnished with drunken black cherries and a sprinkling of cocoa powder. He even remembered that one diner is gluten intolerant, so he used almond flour in the recipe.

There were 8 of us dining (including @perroneta and @kimberleepower), and we all gave 8 thumbs up with 8 clean plates. Three cheers (or 8) for Chef Nicola, for treating us so well and for going the extra vegan mile 🥳🥳🥳
