In the latest menu change-up, this locale's standard #panzerotti has taken a new form: a

triptic of three different flavors! The staff were more than happy to veganize them for us, resulting in: (1) homemade #tomatosauce and #vegancheese, (2) #eggplant #caponata, and (3) #turnipgreens with vegan cheese. Each deep-fried pocket had super tender and spongy pizza crust, and the plate was dressed with fried tomato-skin crisps, salad lettuce and #seasalt. The vegan cheese is made locally and it has always been an option to veganize plates with this savory delicacy. A great way to start a meal!

We were fortunate to be the first ones to show up for lunch, and I forgot to take a photo of the views overlooking the sea 😅. Shared this with my hubby, 9€ for the starter.
