Wow a vegan enzyme bar on tap at Aperia Kallang. This is Cio Enzyme made from fruits. They even have a vegan soy yoghurt! I got myself a large Pineapple Reserve Enzyme. This is an unsweetened version so it is super tart! It is rare to get pineapoke enzyme so this is such a great find. Effect wise, nothing immediate perhaps it is because it is so tart I am take it by sips even though it is diluted by carbonated water.
