Pineapple Fried Rice with Tofu

I have always wanted to try pineapple fried rice, but I usually stick with the noodles at Thai places. I saw how cool the presentation was here so I thought I'd try it. It didn't have much flavour. Very expensive. Wouldn't get again. Oh well. At least I now know what it tastes like.
