Pineapple Chicken

Così oggi domenica 15 giugno sono tornata da #yuanfu dopo essere stata con alcun@ amic@ nel rifugio per animali #poplarspringanimalsanctuary, ovvero una sorta di paradiso in terra… Questo ritorno in DC per me è proprio una immersione nella mia vita di 10 anni fa. Nella seconda foto un baby caprettino super affettuoso e giocoso che ama farsi coccolare e stare in braccio alle persone 🥰 Nella prima foto il #pineapple #plantbased #chicken: bella presentazione dentro mezzo #ananas. I bocconi di ‘pollo’ erano molto teneri e gustosi, l’ananas ci stava benissimo. Le altre due verdure abbinate, meno significative per me: peperoni 🫑 🌶️ e fagiolini piatti. This dish was bright, beautiful, and delicious! Although the name of the restaurant says vegetarian everything is 100% plant-based. I love going to this restaurant because I know I can choose anything on the menu and it is so tasty and vegan! It's tucked in a very small location and doesn't look big on the outside but there are plenty of tables inside and they do a huge Carryout Service too. They also offer a lunch buffet with a choice of two entrees, a variety of vegetables and rice. My husband is not vegan and he loves everything he's had there too. Highly recommend you give this place a try!
