I like the crispiness and the taste. An all time favourite snack.
Priced at $5 and there must have been at least 10 of those in there.
No matter that its headless with alkaline lye and #crunchy flour as the only discernible taste (& texture) to it 😵

Vegan version of a very traditional dish, taste and texture are good. It was just
a side dish, the restaurant has many other choices.
