Pinch’s Eggs Benedict Twist

🤩To die for!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Oh my goodness was this incredible. My partner wanted to order another one straight away he liked it so much. And we will likely go back next weekend for it. It must be our first time trying Kala namak and tasting that egg sulfur flavor since 2019. Wow, we loved it and this place and the sole chef 👨‍🍳and staff, Chef Kuba. The presentation of this #eggsbenedict is gorgeous and it’s so healthy with round roasted #tomato with skin removed to emulate the yolk. Then #veganbacon 🥓to give some bite and texture. The #avocado 🥑kind of acts as the #veganegg 🍳on a delicious #buttery #bread . The creamy #lemon 🍋sauce on top is the best with fresh #herbs 🪴and the #kalanamak. It’s so reminiscent of eggs which we both used to love. Such a relaxed spot and wonderful #veganrestaurant.
