i was really surprised by how much i liked this one! i’ve only had bruschetta
once before, but this genuinely did just taste like bruschetta on a pizza and i thought it was a really fun concept.
the pizza had mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, and balsamic glaze… i really liked the combination of flavors and the balsamic definitely added that last bit that the pizza was missing!
my only complaint is that this pizza had a thicker/doughier crust than the other pizzas i’ve ordered from pig minds (trust, i’ve ordered a lot 😭) and i was a little disappointed by how thick it was. nothing to really complain about, but it was just a little chewy for me.
