OKAY YUM. This was 🔥 everything I want in a meal - packed full of
nutrients, protein, flavors, textures, etc.
It’s basically a Buddha bowl with rice, avocado, seaweed salad, pickled veggies, mango, and perfectly grilled tofu.
This lasted me 3 additional meals too 💯
