This breakfast is already fully vegan. It features vegan scrambled eggs, vegan cheese spread with herbs, avocado spread, salad with vinaigrette, piece of bread and a yogurt cup. Price is about 12 euros.
I ordered this twice now and I have to say I was a bit disappointed, the egg scramble is a bit plain and there is not a lot of it, I’ve gotten vegan scrambles where more effort was put in at other places that were not even fully vegan.
There was only one piece of bread which wasn’t filling enough. I am also not a huge fan of salad for breakfast.
The yogurt cup with fruit and granola that came with the breakfast was super delicious though, luckily you can order it separately.
