Pho with kelp noodles

This is an amazing little meatless Vietnamese place tucked away on a quiet side street in Chinatown. All of their food is amazing and really made with care. This dish is no exception, savoury, comforting, spiced just right. Even my omnivorous friends agree this is some of the best pho they have tried.
