Incredible vegan take on Bún bò Huế, the vegetable roll slices were shockingly good! I
wouldn't have thought of them as an alternative to the beef on classic Bún bò Huế but they did more than the job, texture and taste was incredible. Just the right amount of spice & tofu was great too. Rice noodles were really tasty. Employees were super nice. They have an entire page in their menu for vegan dishes, tons of options! Dish costed $15.00
