Pho Impossible

No se imaginan lo que es esto!! Le quiero dar mil estrellas⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Pedirlo sin huevo para que sea vegano) Por alguna extraña razón marinaban la carne vegana con huevo🙄, pero la @heymacarena pregunto y ya no lo siguen haciendo 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Acá en Asia son muy comunes este tipo de sopas pero la mayoría tiene cerdo o carne, así que cuando supe la existencia de esta opción con carne vegana necesitaba probarla y Guaaaaauuuuu SE PASO!!!!!! otro imperdible cuando anden por Singapur. #veganisnotscary

not exaggerating when I say this made my weekend 🍜🍜🍜 a total game changer for me because I used to love pho but I thought I’d have to give it up forever because the beef broth is so hard to replicate with veggies. THIS ONE NAILED IT!!! I’m not always a fan of Impossible esp in Asian cuisine (would usually rather just eat actual vegetables) but happily gobbled up the mince here. leave out the egg to make it vegan! #veganisnotscary
